This beautiful, small, white marble statue by Rodin was done in 1898. It is known in English as The Hand of God , and as La Main de Dieu in French. This is another of his works which is housed at the Rodin Museum in Paris, and another example of a work which includes both the highly polished and the roughly hewn textures of the marble.
